By accessing and using OpsFlow's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
OpsFlow provides cloud-based facility management software that enables organizations to:
- Create and manage work orders
- Track inventory and assets
- Route approval workflows
- Generate analytics and reports
- Collaborate across teams and locations
3. Account Registration
To use OpsFlow, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
OpsFlow is offered as a subscription service with the following terms:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
- You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
- A 30-day free trial may be offered to new customers
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services to spam or harass others
- Reverse engineer or copy our software
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
6. Data Ownership and License
You retain all rights to your data. By using OpsFlow, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and process your data to provide the service
- Create aggregated, anonymized analytics
- Back up your data for disaster recovery
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Suspend service for security or legal reasons
- Modify or discontinue features with notice
8. Intellectual Property
OpsFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OpsFlow, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- We may terminate for violation of these terms with notice
- We may suspend service for non-payment
- Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OpsFlow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
